If I was the type to play blame games, I would say it's Becker's fault I didn't pass because certainly if I had those good 5 days I could have pulled out an extra 2 points for a pass. It was like gee thanks вЂ“ now I've wasted 5 VERY IMPORTANT DAYS of study time trying to figure out other software plus the time I lost messing around with my crashed softwareвЂ¦VERY PRECIOUS TIME wasted!!!Д®nded up with a 73 on that exam.

I sent an e-mail saying I haven't received a response and a day later they got back to me. The reinstall gave me 2017 version and I spent at least an hour trying to get 2016 back before emailing support. I was down to the final weeks of studying and my software crashed.

Their customer service needs serious help. It took probably 2 or 3 weeks for it to arrive. But I purchased the software over month before I planned on using it. I never had issues with getting my books.
